I recently bought this unit for my boat on Lake Tarawera. It performs as said, boosting my signal from a mere single bar to a robust 4 bars on 4G. I'm happy with my investment!

I had actually bought a mobile network booster before from another company but the results were DISASTROUS... The signals remained pretty weak after setting it up and I have never felt so conned. I bought this unit with a lot of doubts in mind and expected little or no improvement. Turns out this would be the solution to my problems. The connection was immediately righted after installation. I am a very happy, well-connected man right now.

Being residents of a rural area, we have had mobile connectivity issues for almost 5 years. I bumped into this unit by accident and decided to try it out. After connecting it to an external aerial, the signal increased to 5 bars..... I'd strongly recommend it!

In general, this device does fulfill its intended purpose. I've witnessed a significant improvement in my signal strength, going from a mere one bar to a solid four bars indoors, which is certainly commendable. However, there are a couple of aspects that could be significantly improved: The use of N connectors presents a notable inconvenience. When you need to drill a hole in your house's exterior to accommodate the cable for the outdoor antenna, the sheer size of these N connectors becomes a challenge. This results in having to create a substantial 1-inch hole for a cable that's only about 1/4-inch thick. This not only seems excessive but also complicates tasks like routing cables through walls. Switching to SMA connectors on the amplifier end could have resolved this issue neatly. Unfortunately, the user manual falls short in terms of clarity and utility. It lacks guidance on how to optimize the unit's performance and fails to provide valuable information on various aspects. Consequently, users are left hoping that the device will function optimally upon installation without the need for any adjustments. Overall, the unit does deliver on its promise of improving signal strength. However, there is room for improvement in terms of execution, particularly regarding connector design and the comprehensiveness of the user manual.
