In our building, there was a poor reception. After installation we went from 1-2 to 3-4 3G bars. Setting up was very easy with clear instructions. I'm very happy with the result, I haven't dropped a call since! Has used it for about three months, it seems to work very well.

In general, this device does fulfill its intended purpose. I've witnessed a significant improvement in my signal strength, going from a mere one bar to a solid four bars indoors, which is certainly commendable. However, there are a couple of aspects that could be significantly improved: The use of N connectors presents a notable inconvenience. When you need to drill a hole in your house's exterior to accommodate the cable for the outdoor antenna, the sheer size of these N connectors becomes a challenge. This results in having to create a substantial 1-inch hole for a cable that's only about 1/4-inch thick. This not only seems excessive but also complicates tasks like routing cables through walls. Switching to SMA connectors on the amplifier end could have resolved this issue neatly. Unfortunately, the user manual falls short in terms of clarity and utility. It lacks guidance on how to optimize the unit's performance and fails to provide valuable information on various aspects. Consequently, users are left hoping that the device will function optimally upon installation without the need for any adjustments. Overall, the unit does deliver on its promise of improving signal strength. However, there is room for improvement in terms of execution, particularly regarding connector design and the comprehensiveness of the user manual.

The signal for the office was really bad and we could not answer calls well or receive and reply to mails the right way. I am so glad I bought this unit for the office. The tough times of dropped calls, delayed emails and the frantic search for signal are gone. This could very well be my best purchase in a long time. If you have a problem with weak signals you should totally get it. You will not regret it.

The installation was a little tougher than I thought it would be. However, once the parameters were met we went from 0-1bar signal to 4 bars

In the wake of introducing this framework, we presently get a strong 3 bars. Before we used to have a poor signal of 1 or 2 bars cell service is astoundingly great at this point.
